Personal data

On kerklichtje.nl we never ask you for personal data. We do use Google Analytics to see how the website is used, for example how often a QR code is scanned and which pages are visited. Google Analytics places cookies for this purpose. We have configured this measurement in a privacy-friendly way: IP addresses are not stored and data is not used for advertising. See the Google privacy policy.

Your language preference (NL or EN) is stored locally in your browser so you do not have to set it on each visit. This choice does not leave your device.

Payment processing

The donate button opens a payment request with Rabobank. Rabobank then directs you via iDEAL | Wero to your own bank, where you complete the payment to our parish. You can think of this as a one-time bank transfer.

When the payment completes we see your name, IBAN, the amount, and the time of payment. We use this data solely for the administration of the donation.

Hosting

Kerklichtje.nl is hosted via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare keeps standard server logs by default, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We do not have access to those logs and do not use them for analysis.
